[plugins] Allow to add a UI

Problem

• It's not possible to add a UI to plugins.
• It's not possible to install a plugin from a git repository

Solution

• Add flags to the manifest to allow to add static routes in Flask.
• Add support for git repository installation
• Add plugins information to the user context
