Rolfs 2021 data statistics: - halflife values for 3005 targets across 8 tissues - 11 mouse uniprot ids could not be mapped with MGI mapping - 2157 targets shared with Mathieson 2018 - 836 new targets with halflife data If Targets are measured in multiple tissues, halflife values are joined by taking the min for the Min_halflife value and max for the Max_halflife value

Hi team, we would like to add protein halflife data from Rolfs 2021 to the tractability table in Open Targets. We therefore added some datafiles from the Rolfs 2021 study and added some code to the PROTAC bucket 7 function. Let us know if this is the best way to go about it, and of course any feedback on the code. We also started an issue at the Open Targets issue board to center communication on this.
