How to operate the SCS software so that only the stained image is segmented separately

Hello, I would like to ask if SCS software can only segment the stained image separately, and if so, how the code should work?
And where can I find the code for correlation comparison?

Hi, SCS uses the Watershed algorithm to segment nuclei from stained images in the first step. It will be equivalent to Watershed if you only segment the stained images. For that, I would suggest you directly use the Spateo (https://spateo-release.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) package. The correlation analysis is only for comparing SCS with the results of other methods. We will consider updating this functionality into our package.
