Just finished my BSc at HUJI. As part of my studies, I took part in research at the NLP lab of Dr. Gabriel Stanovsky.
On Aug 18, 2025, I joined Check Point as a Software Developer in the FwaaS team.
- Getting to know the codebase and Check Point GW architecture
- Setting up a home server on an old mini-PC running services like Plex, Pi-Hole, and other self-hosted tools
- Completed a hands-on DevOps course with Devops Leaders IL
- Learn the OWASP Top 10 (2025 list)
- Complete some Advent of Code challenges in Go (or the language I’ll be working in)
- Progress through OverTheWire Bandit
- Mastering Neovim as my primary editor
- Using Arch Linux as my main OS to deepen my understanding of Linux systems
- Working through MIT's The Missing Semester to master essential developer tools
- Deepen my technical understanding and deliver high-quality work
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
