- added detection for AWS-managed capacity providers (FARGATE, FARGATE_SPOT, EC2, EC2_SPOT)
- Added support for custom capacity providers
- Improved batch processing for service retrieval
- Enhanced error handling with more descriptive messages
- Added proper pagination support for listing services
