The new system uses a semicolon to delimit multiple actions for a single binding. This can allow one, for example, to change the profile and then use a custom script to fire a notification via notify-send to display the new profile name.
It now makes note that the user can bind multiple actions to a single binding. In addition to documentation, an example binding has been updated to do multiple actions with a single button combination.

I wanted the ability to perform multiple actions in a single button combination. The desire was to change profiles and then be able to fire a custom script. The changes in this PR allow that to be possible by using the semicolon as a delimiter for actions in a single binding.
