Added a synchronous way of loading configs

Following a need in a personal project, I wanted to be able to load a config file synchronously.

Rather than having only an asynchronous load method, I added a synchronous method.

You can then write :

main() {
    var config = loadConfigSync();
    print(config["myServerUrl"]);    
}
