First release

Generate CSV files in PHP with the flexibility of a custom end-of-line character - especially useful for files destined to be viewed on Windows based systems.

Includes support for direct downloads as well as saving to the filesystem, and the ability to specify a custom file extension, field delimiter and/or enclosure.
