- Fix for CTM Scaling issues
- Added Tz instruction to set correct co-ordinates
- Fix for font height scaling
- Changed matrix to only scale not rotate
- Fix for last fragment being lost
- Added page data retrieval
- Change to Font CID process when UNICODE map is provided
- Fix to handle bad PDF's that don't contain a fontmap and use the deprecated name tag in the font descriptor
- Added option for area captures to join characters without separator that are in close proximity and on the same line

Hello mjblacker, I read in this thread: https://www.phpclasses.org/discuss/package/9732/thread/51/ Christian Vigh is dead, so PdfToText is orphaned. You seem to be the most active contributor and the most likely to take over. You could make your fork the new official version or contact devs. or send this proposal to dev. able to resume work.
