Pull request provides a generalization of the markdown filter to allow raw HTML to be inserted.
Second commit is for searching styles.xml to find style-name attributes that are used in the document already. Algorithm is a bit crude and only covers p, but at that should cover most templates created by e.g. Microsoft Word or other ODT editors that use their own naming scheme.
