Add tools and documentation to enable easy integration of new LLM models, such as Anthropic's Sonnet 4.5, into the database.
The LLM Benchmarks system manages model configurations via MongoDB. This PR provides Python and Bash scripts, alongside comprehensive guides, to interact with this existing database structure, allowing new API-based models to be added and managed without requiring changes to the core application code.
