Added new functionality to the system/tools: removal of "orphaned" covers (covers for which the corresponding ROM file no longer exists).
The process iterates through all cover files (may take some time) and checks for the presence of a matching ROM in the corresponding emulator folder (within Roms). If no corresponding ROM is found, the cover image is deleted.
