Added batch name and evaluation code version to the report output: - Store batchname as instance variable for report generation - If batchname is not provided, list GUIDs as "unspecified (GUIDs: ...)" - Add _get_code_version() method to check git status of eval script - Shows commit hash if file is clean, or "dirty" if uncommitted changes
- Batch name now links to aapb-annotations batches directory - Code version hash now links to the specific file in aapb-evaluations - Links only generated when valid (not for dirty/unknown versions)
