- `--batchname` value is recorded, if not provided, list GUIDs is recorded
- code version is based on the `git status` of the eval.py file
- this mean it is always recommended to run non-"dirty" eval.py, namely, commit eval.py first then run it
- when code version is clean, github link is also added
- workflow information is based on the new `workflow_helper` in mmif-python
- basic check on file count + app running time (if available)
