* added `--label-map` that resembles mapping in SWT app
* see help msg to get the details
* `--pos-labels` in TF eval now `--label-map`
* old TP eval script had "raw", "filtered", "stitched" modes, now re-implemented as
* "raw": run without `--label-map`
* "filtered": run with `--label-map`, use mapping as the filter
* "stitched": no longer available
* promoted some common helper code to common package
* updated mmif-python version to support `workflowId` generation, included in the result md
