I can't get the app to run even without containerization. Keep getting |

never mind. It was some conflict on my local env. App and container work fine. I added commits to update to the latest SDK. |

Replacing the need for cloning the entire
NeMorepo but just addingalign.pyand a utils directory to the app. The size of these files is a little over 1M, as opposed to NeMo's ~600M.Resolved some dependency errors related to using the NeMo tools. Simplified the initialization setup.
