Refocus ClearLine OS copy around regulatory gaps, playbooks, and CIL

The ClearLine OS page was too generic and did not reflect the direction from the review comment. This update rewrites the page to emphasize the actual operating model: identifying regulatory gaps, turning them into playbooks, and using AI in a human-in-the-loop workflow.

• ClearLine OS framing

  • Replaced generic “system behind the work” language with a tighter description of the workflow:
    • find the gap
    • write the playbook
    • use AI for repeatable work
    • keep people on judgment calls
  • Updated the page metadata to match that positioning

• Content structure

  • Reworked the top cards to focus on the three core concepts:
    • Gap finding
    • Playbooks
    • CIL
  • Replaced broad category copy with language grounded in regulatory ambiguity, enforcement reality, and operational risk

• Process description

  • Renamed the middle section to How it works
  • Reframed the bullets as a simple sequence:
    • read the gap
    • write the playbook
    • keep humans in charge
  • Tightened the CIL badge copy to reinforce scope and boundaries

• Representative change
