I think just copying this over isn't quite right. We need to update it for Percona / pxc-release. Most of that is probably just search and replace cf-mysql => pxc, MariaDB => Percona XtraDB Cluster etc. I can go through in a bit. While we're in the area, might as well check if we're missing any other legacy docs that are already referenced elsewhere in pxc-release. |

LGTM with a few cleanups on my end:
I adjusted a few link to be relative and easier to review within the branch.
I pulled in the additional "bootstrapping.md" doc from cf-mysql-release and cleaned it up to be relevant for modern pxc-release, along with updating one image asset.
I fixed a couple old typos that were pulled in from the legacy cf-mysql-release, as well as some lingering "MariaDB" references cargo-culted from the cf-mysql docs.
I think this is a good addition and only impacts the local docs.
