C. Launch and Execution
Not underestimating the power of the force .... we created tasks and timelines to be our allies....
If we can make it to the ground, we'll take the next chance. And the next. On and on until we win ... or the chances are spent. Jyn Erso
Tasks were grouped into large sections and each team member volunteered based on their skills and availability. These tasks were then broken down into smaller and smaller units so that each task could be completed in about an hours time.
We worked and worked breaking ground with learning how to create visualizations needed, web pages that worked and machine learning that had some accuracy, all the while, meeting and documenting.
Additionally, diligence paid off, Microbiome data was found! Machine learning went into overdrive.
