This PR corresponds to the HH_bbWW portion of changes required to apply b-tag shape weights to events. It includes
BtagShapeProducer.pyto be used inAnalysisCacheTaskthat computes total weights before/after applying b-tag weights per file for further aggregation byBtagShapeWeightTaskGetWeightfunction to enable applying b-tag weights
