Fixed a bug in the contactsSet sending process; it no longer await for the sending chatsSet to continue the code.
-Fixed a bug in sending contacts in messaging-history.set; from now on, it will be possible to receive contactsSet correctly.
-To fix problems with longer WebHook calls, the await event has been removed from WebHook calls in chatsSet.
