This pull request adds a complete Virtual Resume Landing Page for Michael Moss and organizes the project under src/michaelmoss.

Built a full single-page resume site with all required sections:

About Me
Experience
Education
Certifications
Projects
Skills
Contact
Added responsive styling for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Implemented optional enhancements including:
Sticky navigation with anchor links
Timeline-style experience layout
Project cards and skill tags
Hover effects and call-to-action buttons
Updated certifications to mark ScrumMaster as Applied and added Oracle Academy Java Foundations as Applied.
I have not placed an images at this time because I do not have the the use nor preference of any headshots that I would like to present but as for the rest of the requirements
I went through twice to Verify that all required README sections and content are present.
