fix(nx-plugin): remove undocument env vars parsing from executor

Only the CP_API_KEY environment variable appears in our docs, since it shouldn't be hard-coded for security reasons. The other CP_-prefixed environment variables are unused in our workflows. I'm removing them from the executor to prevent unexpected behaviour.
