Add per-ROM game loader settings; fix icon issues

Additions:

• Per-ROM game loader settings as requested in Please Add Per-Game Game Loader Settings #30
  • This will only show on flashcarts.
• Per-ROM nds-bootstrap version settings
  • The toggle will only appear if nds-bootstrap is set as the game loader for the ROM when the menu is opened.

Fixes:

• The firmware icon type size is now correct for small icon mode
• Changing individual ROM settings will no longer change the icon type to the firmware type
