Changes Introduced:

Replaced the placeholder footer brand text with a relevant fitness-related message.
Ensures the footer aligns with the website’s purpose and theme.

Why This Change?

The previous text was generic and did not reflect the fitness focus of the site.
The new text provides clarity and enhances the user experience.
