At the moment dev-run is not working.
There was a change in zuul repo.
I think the problem is in playbooks/roles/run-zuul/website in task "Unpack website build".
I think the solution is to copy build directory from ~/src/git.openstack.org/openstack-infra/zuul/web to /var/lib/zuul/web. But I am not sure. I haven't checked it.
