- simple reformatting, created spacing and standardized headers for readability
- minor text edits, such as inserting "i.e.," within parenthesis when appropriate, lowercase "b" for bitcoin in some instances
- added to the introduction paragraph comments about privacy and a guide on bypassing SMS verification
