Here are the example install commands for the supported models:
Boltz v2.2.0: pip install boltz[cuda] -U or git clone https://github.com/jwohlwend/boltz.git cd boltz; pip install -e .[cuda]

In PyMolFold_v0.4.3 for the Boltz2.2.0;

• added support for binding affinity in kcal/mol instead of uM similar to NIVIDA_NIM Boltz2 (https://build.nvidia.com/mit/boltz2) also explained in detailed by the original authors here(https://github.com/jwohlwend/boltz/blob/main/docs/prediction.md)
• added support for Binding Affinity Likelihood
