regular expression can be set in controlpanel/registry. transform skips urls that match the regular expression.

this allows to configure embedly to not request an embed code for urls matching a certain regex.
we're using this to safe API calls as embedly recently drastically limited the number of free api calls.
now we handle youtube via javascript and use embedly for other services.
