Purpose of this pull request
This pull request refines ShippingMethods documentation so the
ShippingMethodItemslot’sbusyflag matches the checkout drop-in’s real behavior: the UI is treated as busy when pending checkout updates or a pending shipping estimate would block interaction, not only during a vague “loading/sync” state. The consistent wording and writing edits are also included.Associated JIRA ticket
