- added UseGroupInheritance: toggle for teleport point inheritance
- added UseGroupDrawMode: switch between clustering teleport points when zoomed out on mapview based on group names or distance between points of the same type.
- added DistanceModeRange: distance where points of the same time will be clustered together
- draw order fixes: player car arrows are drawn over teleport points, teleport points are drawn in the correct order (point_1 above point_2 and so on, was reversed before)
