This PR aims to address and fix #1137. It basically hints on the idea of how to load image encoder weights (eg.
vit_b.pt), which is easily possible at the moment, but includingvit_b_encoder.pt) needs quite some engineering effort. This would help support a) the other open-source models mentioned in the PR, b) our older version models, and c) support loading of models for people who don't have internet access on their office machines, but would like to use automatic segmentation, by transferring decoder weights and try loading them.
