This uses the ad-hoc codesign from
goblin-ext: https://github.com/wolfv/goblin-ext for the main codesign usage (that we do on every modification).It doesn't change the code path that we use to sign bundles when using
menuinst, as that uses the--deepoption which requires us to walk the filesystem to resign everything (this option is actually deprecated since macOS 13.0).
