1. Create a separate JS function to send a get request to a specified API endpoint (apiURL) inside helper.js
2. Implement all API-related logic/business rules inside the getData() function
3. Create a VehicleList component and configure it to use the getData() through the custom hook useData
4. Use SCSS to write all the styles including responsive code for Mobile, Tablet and Desktop for the VehicleList component inside style.css
5. All SCSS and JS and JSX written against the SCSSLint and JsLint rules
