Adding a document that compares various labeling softwares that we are considering, captures the research that Valerie Porter did.

We might want to think about where documents like this belong in the repo.

Description:
- Initialized branch from dev
- Added documentation folder
- Within documentation, added software_evaluation folder and software_evaluation.md document
- software_evaluation.md is our documentation on audio labeling software for whoot and other projects. Originally created for bat audio assessment.

Great work! I notice a few typos which I can definitely edit, but I wonder if you think it would be a good idea to have some of the similar pros/cons across different platforms collapsed into a chart? Something like this?

Could still add the unique features that don't fit in a chart at the end, but it might make it easier to just take a glance and see if one of the options immediately doesn't hit the criteria. And things like ui usability could be in a range from like good->bad etc. What do you think? Definitely wouldn't need to be a fancy graphical one either just columns. But it might help reduce some redundancy. I'm definitely open to it staying the same though if you think as-is makes more sense.

I have updated the .md file with the table and reviewed/fixed the document for typos. Let me know if there is anything else to include in the document.
