Added a basic check to see if AI Owner has a Head before getting its Pos to avoid errors sometimes.
Removes GetArea's console warning since it is now irrelevant (maybe always was). Had to rename the string_view version to GetArea1 and the const string version to GetArea2 to avoid now-ambiguous calls.
Renamed "navigatable" to "navigable" everywhere.
Added RequiredArea to Refinery Assault so it can only be played on the correct scene.
Save Actor GoldCarried correctly so it's not lost when save/loading.
Added new ACraft property, CanEnterOrbit.
