Also included FW 0.12 support.
There's a FW 0.11 as well, and it's probably just V21, but since my monitor is now on 0.12, I wasn't able to confirm, and so I didn't add it.
Changes to files other than
src/msigd.cppwere just to get it to compile on my system. Not sure why they were required.
