  • Add visibility radius in which enemies are revealed
  • Lighthouse takes damage with enemy contact
  • Stop game when Lighthouse HP reaches 0
  • Add Health text

- move light to separate class
- let light manage its effect on the enemies
- enemies take tick damage

Yes currently everything just stops after game over, so nothing will respond
