Sync with upstream
Compilation was failing in Linux and FreeBSD --- linking with `libm` fixes the problem in these systems.

The
dukluvbinary was failing to compile in FreeBSD and (AFAIK) Linux. This was becauselibmwas not being linked with; the fix is included.
