This repository contains a notebook supplementary to the paper entitled "Coupled Gas-exchange Model for C4 Leaves Comparing Stomatal Conductance Models" published in the journal Plants. The notebook is made with Cropbox modeling framework. The model is now separately available as LeafGasExchange.jl package.
