SOPs and demonstration artifacts for a high-reliability Learning Design & Operations (LDO) framework
This repository contains a configuration-managed, data-driven training system designed for high-stakes regulatory environments (FDA/ISO/IEEE). The architecture implements a Docs-as-Code methodology, separating canonical source data from logic engineering and instructional presentation.
The system addresses the critical gap between Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Workforce Proficiency by automating traceability from job tasks to psychometrically validated assessments.
- Atomic Data: Task, risk, and competency data are stored as single-source-of-truth YAML/CSV files.
- Formal Logic: Decision-making processes are engineered using DMN 1.6 (B-FEEL).
- Compliance: Full auditability per IEEE Std 828 (Configuration Management).
