Handle vendor link deletions when editing cube

Summary

• load the existing cube and vendor links after validating form data
• remove vendor links that are no longer present when saving edits and clean up links after a slug change
• retain vendor link updates alongside cube updates

Testing

• npm run build (fails: environment missing LOG_LEVEL export in $env/static/private during build)
