Wandering Traders were disrupting gameplay without adding significant value to the pack. This PR adds the "Wandering Trader May Leave" mod by Serilum, which provides a clean solution for handling unwanted trader spawns.

Why This Solution
This mod was chosen over alternatives like "NoMoWanderer" because it provides a more intuitive user experience - instead of requiring players to craft and place prevention blocks, they simply click a button when encountering a trader. This fits perfectly with the pack's quality-of-life philosophy while meeting the requirement for "auto-handling" trader spawns.
Fixes #56.
