About Me

cwchen-twn is currently working on the Paraguay HIS project which is hosted by Taiwan mission, ICDF. 🇵🇾 🇹🇼 He and his team developped a web-based system by Java, covering more than 150 public hospitals, and serving more than 560 thousand patients monthly in Paraguay.
