Removed the unsupported JOGL backend (`libgdx-jogl-backend`) and the older LWJGL 2 backend (`gdx-backend-lwjgl`) from the Gradle version catalog. Replaced them with the supported `gdx-backend-lwjgl3` and updated the `gdx` bundle accordingly to ensure only supported backends are included in the build.
