Analyzing feasibility of ecosystems under energetic constraints
Ecosystems can be characterized as complex networks of energy supply, capture, exchange and dissipation. EnerFeas is the Julia package that enables quantitative analysis on the feasibility of such networks. By specifying energy fluxes in the system, EnerFeas computes the system's possible energy states as the feasibility domain, with methods such as random sampling possible energy states and estimating volumes of the feasibility domain.
