This is a fix to the parsing of articles after Instapaper maybe changed the article list markup. I believe it will fix this issue: http://getsatisfaction.com/municode/topics/only_syncs_list_not_actual_content_of_articles which I also had. With this patch, Ephemera is back working (for me anyway).
