This commit updates the Go version to 1.25 and bumps the dependencies to their latest versions. This includes updates to the HashiCorp SDK and Vault API client. Also the `make build` command has been fixed to correctly call `goreleaser` with the appropriate flags [1]. [1]: https://github.com/goreleaser/goreleaser/releases/tag/v1.15.0
