I've spent 20+ years building systems that help people get answers, get things done, and enjoy the experience. I started in customer support, managing enterprise knowledge bases serving millions of contacts daily, deploying platforms to tens of thousands of service representatives, and obsessing over what makes a help article actually answer the question. I worked at Salesforce, Comcast, Asana, and the Burning Man Project along the way.
Now I build the AI infrastructure that makes all of that smarter. At Synthaer.ai, I'm developing a full product ecosystem for AI-augmented creation: a methodology, an orchestration engine, and a knowledge platform that work together to let humans and AI agents build extraordinary things.

When I'm not building software, I'm designing fragrance accords at Hedonistic Fragrances, a luxury fragrance house pioneering AI-accelerated formulation. I spent 18 months leading aromatherapy sessions at San Francisco's premier Russian bathhouse, designing immersive sensory experiences for hundreds of guests weekly.
I also maintain a homelab with zero-trust networking, a 10kW solar array with 40kWh battery storage, and a deep conviction that the best technology serves human pleasure.
