[FEATURE]: Add schedule parameter in create query

Currently, if we want to add schedule to query, we have to send POST request to queries/<qry_id> with schedule in payload. However, with this PR changes, we can add schedule while creating query itself.

Sample schedule payload:

}

The above config schedules query to execute every 5 minutes

I think that could be more generally (and more elegantly?) fixed with kwargs
